APM bus did not arrive, they sent a message that we must expect another bus. It was over 1hour 30 minutes late. Driver was very rude, played music very loud when asked to reduce the volume he refused statibg that if he switched off the music he would fall asleep. At one point he made a comment that it was best to transport logs that people. The bus terminated at Jhb Park Station and we were given taxi fare to make our way to Pretoria. This was never communicated prior.

Firstly the bus was late. I made a booking for a bus with a toilet but the bus had no toilet. Secondly the bus got stuck twice in the way. I wouldn't recommend this bus to anyone even if it's R100. This company should stop undermining people from the villages.
