However, some travelers have noted issues such as unclear boarding instructions, difficulties in changing or canceling tickets online, lack of assigned seating despite prior information suggesting otherwise, and closed restrooms on longer routes.
I've observed that Alsa is very punctual. This is so important because sometimes we need to change the destination. The drivers are helpful and kind. They announce all the necessary information. Alsa seats are comfortable. And, this is a plus point in the favour this company. I'll surely will use Alsa again

The bus was fine once I boarded . There were no visual information stating at which platform the bus departed from and staff to direct customers to their bus. No clear announcements in Spanish regarding which stop we were at. Even the Spanish didn't know where to get off.

I was in time, first on, seated. Moved. My ticket, purchased months ago, had any seat. Everybody boarding with a recently purchased ticket had a seat allocation. I was moved 3 times before departure. Stopping points were stressful, I was ready to argue. NOT the best journey ever.
