the only thing that i enjoyed was that there no unnecessary stops we only stopped twice. what i didn't enjoy is the seats are to closed to each other my knees still hurt even now, secondly we couldn't flash the toilet's bus which resulted to smell very bad.

The main reason for online booking is to be able to make your booking as far as you are but when you have to cancel you need to be at bus station to do that.
It's unfair to us as commuters,allow to book online and cancel online as well because of the commitment I'm in at that moment.I booked online and lost that money because I couldn't cancel online

My experience was horrible, they don't keep time. The bus was supposed to arrive in Pretoria at 06:50am but we arrived at 10:50. Midway we got moved to a different bus stating the bus doesn't have permit to operate at some areas

Had a 5 hour delay due to bad weather, had to spend the night in a stationary bus, thereafter bus broke down in ventersburg… overall a 7 hour delay in my trip. Was meant to arrive in Pta at 09h20 but it’s 4pm now and I’m still on the bus and not in Pta yet, I spent over 24hours on the bus for a 16hr trip. Overall a terrible experience.

Very bad, I booked intercity for my mom because I know it's comfortable than eagle liner, but instead eagle liner was their bus to Pretoria, the was j explanation that these no intercity only eagle liner nothing. I as well use eagle liner when I travel but as I don't think I will be able to use your busses anymore. So disappointing 😞
