1. The seats smelled like stale urine.
2. The bus driver only stopped once and only in the morning at a garage.

The bus drivers for bus989 from Bloemfontein to pretoria 15 June 2025 from 12:45 - 7:40 were very rude and negligent to me because they took advantage of my young age, I demand that they be let go or else I am going to escalate this matter and ensure that your company is reduculed in social media and deemed untrustworthy because the staff that you hire are incompetent
