Greyhound User Reviews
Greyhound receives praise for having friendly and efficient drivers, with some buses arriving ahead of schedule despite initial delays. However, several reviews highlight issues such as outdated or dirty facilities, technical problems affecting temperature control and WiFi connectivity, limited charging outlets on board, and occasional unhelpful staff interactions at stations.
I liked the drop off and pickup. I liked how there were seatbelts. I wish there was a trash can on board or maybe some kind of cleaning service. Like how on a flight the attendants clean in between stops. I feel like there should be someone on board besides the driver so that when we stop they can do a quick clean before we continue the trip

Everything was very smooth as far as the ticket check and boarding. The bus was clean and the driver was pleasant. Only problem I had was the leg room. My right knee only bends 25% so I always sit at the aisle so that I can straighten it. I'm sure that's a safety hazard although I try as much as I can to tuck it in. Also the sockets were loose, charger continued to fall out.

The trip was long and tiring bus drivers not showing, four hour layovers,no places to get food only vending machines, bad customer service, Greyhound used to be one of my favorite ways to travel but since it's no longer grey hound. The terminals have been closed or relocated to remote locations, it's not a great way to travel most of the charger outlets on the buses don't work .

Bus came late. Bad smell in the bus coming from the restroom and trash where I seated

Scheduled bus was canceled 35 minutes before scheduled departure. Your next bus was full and I booked an Amtrak bus three hours 45 minutes later. This delay cost me my afternoon with my daughter who I only get to see for the weekend. With a little more notice, I could’ve booked a similar time with greyhound and been on time to my destination. Any improvement she can make are appreciated as I may not take the bus in the future

Not much communication. Had to be rerouted.
