It was not very good. First, my bus time was change a day before and it didn’t work with my schedule, so I had to call their customer service couple of times to reschedule. Secondly, the bus was way too cold and passengers were frozen. I asked the bus driver to rise a temperature a little, but she didn’t listen to me. Thirdly, the buss was 1.5 hours late to arrive at NY. I had to cancel and reschedule my daughter’s harp lesson at the conservatory. I had horrible experience and will not use Flix Bus anymore.

The A/C was not working in this extreme heat, the power outlets were not working either, the bus was more than one hour late

By no fault of the driver, the bus was 1.5 hours late. In hindsight, I would have paid the extra money for a train ticket.

Today was not a good day. I arrived on time for the bus, it was late by One Hour and Fifhteen Minutes. This delayed destroyed my visitation plans to see my two sick brothers in the city.

My trip was scheduled to start at 1:45 am but the bus did not come on time and I had to take the bus at 3:15 am, which was not good. I felt terrible.

Horrible. The driver harassed us the entire time and refused to drive us to our location at the end so we had to switch buses. Will never ride Greyhound again.

Peter Pan is truly the most Unreliable method of transportation. The bus didn’t show up at 5am as scheduled forcing me to take alternative method of transportation.

The trip was delayed 30 min and the whole ride took almost 6 hours instead of advertised 4.5 Some of the power outlets were not working

better if have earlier time, 2 times per day was not suit my need but your customer service is very responsive

The bus was on time from departure to arrival. The complementary water also helped.

The ride was a bit longer than expected. The bus was late but at least there was covered area to wait in the rain. The bus was clean except for the bathroom which was very disgusting to be honest. The driver was pleasant and did a great job getting us safely to our destination.

The bus was delayed over an hour it was freezing cold outside waiting for it! . No reason a bus should state the time it’s coming and not arrive on that time . YALL GOTTA DO BETTER ! People won’t always be able to afford another one.

The bus never arrived at 3:30 am, I waited more than an hour. I called the contact number and they didn't answer either

Horrible, bus driver was just too new. He was running off the road on i95 and then didn’t know his bus was 12’ tall and tried to go through an overpass with 11.6’ clearance.

I enjoyed the drive in every aspect except the lack of internet. Please provide connectivity.

The Bus was late.

Bus was late, the outlets didn't work to charge cells, no sanitizer in the restroom, the driver spoke on the phone thru his headset throughout the trip, and the bus got to NYC much later than scheduled.

We were picked up 70 minutes to late and dropped of in New York City at 12pm instead of 9:30am as we should have

the bus was old and run down . It smelt of marijuana and the bus driver could not drive very well

Very dissatisfied with megabus, The AC didn’t work and was supposed to be put on the next bus. Next bus was full and had to wait 4 to 5 hrs. Had to stay outside in the sun without any water.

The trip was complicated. I tried about ten times to change the time of my ticket, impossible I had to buy some. The bus was 40 minutes late and inside there was no socket or wifi.

I really like the bus it’s actually really nice and affordable I went to and from Washington DC and New York City and both trips where great on my way back though they picked up more passengers on a driver stop which didn’t happen last time and that was a little less enjoyable but still nice 😊
