Book Los Limousines Bus Tickets

The ride was quiet and nice, but the bus came 40 minutes after they told us to be there. There was no way to contact them and we felt stranded. They should give a time range so it’s clear where and when you’ll be picked up.

The overall experience was fine in terms of the service people and getting to my destination. The horrible bathroom experience is why I dropped the rating to 3 stars (maybe should be 2 stars?). On the trip out, the toilet was smashed up, but at least worked (especially for those of us that stand - I feel bad for the ladies). There wasn't even have an option for hand washing, or at least a sanitizer pump. The return trip had a nicer bathroom with a hand washing station (newer bus), BUT the toilet wouldn't flush, so by the end of the trip it was nearly full of urine. Just gross. And the hand washing station was just for show - I don't think it was ever considered for use. The good ride, locations, and economics of travel for my needs makes Los Limousines worth considering again in the future, but their indifference to the state of their bathrooms might be indicative of how it views its customers. And might push me to not go or figure out other options.

My experience with Los Limousines was disappointing. The pickup time was not accurate, as the bus arrived over 50 minutes later than scheduled. The pickup location was also confusing — it wasn’t until my second call that I was given clear instructions, which turned out to be a red zone on a street corner. This lack of clarity made me feel stressed and uncertain about where I was supposed to be. Since I booked through your app, it was difficult to find a contact number for Los Limousines. The ticket instructed me to be there at 4:00 p.m., with a scheduled pickup at 4:15 p.m., but when the time passed, I became worried and called twice. Initially, they couldn’t locate my reservation until I explained that I booked through your app, after which they finally found me in their system. The confirmation number was also difficult to locate. By the time the bus arrived at 4:55 p.m., I had been waiting in 94° heat with no shaded area, all while stressing about catching my next bus. Overall, as a first-time customer, I found the lack of clear instructions, communication issues, and significant delay made for an unpleasant experience. On a plus note the driver was very courteous and friendly.

The bus driver this particular ride was very rude. It is not our fault she has to work driving for a bus company while me and the other passengers are enjoying our vacation.
