Bus was very late driver finally decided to disembark and address the crowd Of passengers who have been waiting for 30 minutes she said we are not riding this bus no explanation nothing. Next bus was late i had to transfer instead of direct route. 130minute layover at a bus bench in montclair in the sun. I got sun burnt. Then next bus bus driver was rude. He told passengers prior to picking me up that wifi was available. When i asked he lied said no wifi was apparently too busy with the Phone gossip he had to help for a second. Due to all of these delays and no wifi or phone service i was unable to report of work. I got in trouble for it. Whole reason why i booked my bus and ticket for the ti.e i did (which was more on your app than at flix bus station) was to be on time for work. Im very frustrated and highly dissatisfied.

I thought I booked a direct trip only to find out I had to change buses at union station. I had to wait another 3 hours.

I really appreciate it how I was treated... The only thing I don't like is the fact that if a person may be confused about the exact location of departure and just so happens to miss their bus that flix bus does not compensate them another ticket. Everybody is not from Los Angeles and has complications sometimes finding the location so I think that if that is the case that fliX bus should compensate the passenger a new ticket for another bus that's leaving soon after they miss their bussince they already paid for a ticket in the first place
According to customer reviews, there have been consistent complaints about delays and late arrivals. Some customers also mentioned poor bus maintenance as a possible factor for their negative experience. These issues seem to occur regularly and are not effectively addressed by the higher-ups in the company.
Greyhound Lines, Inc. Los Angeles Las Vegas recent customer reviews
Driver screaming and shouting at people boarding the bus about their tickets instead of just having a civilised conversation, as well as screaming at a guy on a bike in a car park on a very over-long 30+ minutes stop off in San Bernadino where passengers were not told they could get out and stretch their legs if they wanted to. Assumed it was a delay, but was clearly a break.
100mb Wifi limit is a joke.
Next time i'll take a flight

The bus driver was a bad driver, honking to everybody and driving recklessly in many occasions.

The first half of our journey was okay. However, when we got to our connecting bus we were told they had departed 15 minutes early and the next bus to Las Vegas was 6 hours away. Very disappointing experience. The staff at San Bernardino were very helpful and apologetic, however, this happens regularly and when they speak to higher up it falls on deaf ears.

The experience was very devastating, the bus 819 was an hour late and doesn't know English to communicate properly. Moreover Tufesa doesn't have any waiting spot for its customers to wait or even sit. Furthermore, seats very very uncomfortable! Super pathetic service.

Nice service. Couldn't hear attendant through plate glass wall at checkin in LA.
Also, didn't figure out seat recliner until Las Vegas.
Seats are bit narrow.
ETA should account for traffic, road construction.
Otherwise nice.
