The bus delayed in 2hours.i booked half past 7 in the morning it came half past 9.i arrived in pretoria late and struggled to get a taxi .it caused me to pay 300 for risk taxi to take me to mamelodi because they don't allow Uber/bolt next to Bosman station. My trip was bad

Its was delayed by 2 hours and the drivers could not reprimand the passengers as they were noicy

Wonderful journey on bus, air conditioners, intervals stops and good and friendly service (competive staff)

I loved that I arrived safely And I didn't enjoy because when it was the time to take my bags I found my new bag broken

Had to wait in the cold for hours the bus was supposed to depart around 00:30am but it arrived there at 03:40 who does that let's be considerate of other people's health

The drivers were very very nice but am unhappy with lack of professionalism and lack of communication from the company, my bus was suppose to collect us at 5h30 and it only arrived 06h38 to be exact ,nothing was done for us as clients to be alerted of the delay and also being mindful we had to waiting an open area in the cold weather because u do not have an office or area of waiting so please this is unacceptable.

The bus is too old, the sound of the engine makes it difficult to make phone calls

Firstly when the bus arrives i was bored already, it was late more than 50 minutes late.
