Bus was on time and kept schedule throughout the journey, however the journey was made unbearable by the freezing cold temperatures and the drivers flatly ignored our numerous requests to switch off the aircon.

Bus from Jhb to Cape Town broke down just before Potchefstroom. That resulted in us getting to Cape Town only after 12pm instead of 08:40. Heater in the bus wasn't working. Greyhound doesn't have a dedicated number for complaints even though they know for a fact that their old buses breakdown every now and then.

Bus was going good.but in the evening and the stops didn’t have any fast food so i had to settle with snacks only

I’ll be specific, I traveled with bus number 984, it was comfortable and though the ride was long I would probably have chosen the same bus if I knew it would be this comfortable. It was not bad at all, tiring but not bad, the bus stopped a few times, it didn’t leave anyone behind, there was a toilet and the charging ports were working. I rated four because they could do better with keeping the time, but e left the station an hour late and arrived almost 1h45 minutes late.

My 1st long distance drive and it wad great. Bus was on time but we left hour late cos they waited for everyone else to come which was kind of them

I bought a ticket and was informed that there was no bus that day. So I had to book another ticket. It was the most uncomfortable bus I've ever ridden on. The seats and aisles were smaller than other buses & the night route was torture.

Nothing I enjoyed, then the trip was a disaster to me first I booked the APM but I ended up in Delta bus, no one informed me about what happened to the bus I booked ,and the Delta bus was so late we left JHB at 20:00 hrs instead of 18:00 on top of that the service was very bad bus Marshall's insulted of the passenger . The worse scenario here I traveled for two days to cape Town, please cancel this bus the service is very bad.

The bus didn't pitch and was postponed for the next day. Even on the next was there was no show and we were to be transferred to another ugly bus that was an hour late😡💔. Really bad service.

There is nothing to enjoy this bus was on the road for 2 days. There bus was full some people were seated on the floor like we are illegal immigrants.

I honestly didn’t enjoy the whole trip. The bus was suppose to leave at 6pm guess what we left around 8pm then we stopped at this garage forget the name of it we had to wait for another bus which was coming from CPT for a whole 2hrs that bus arrived and they did some exchange as if we were a bunch of potatoes yhooo it’s just a lot nje and the drivers are extremely rude tjo. Oh and I forgot that they made me pay for my luggage bag like my 1 suitcase that I was carrying they said I must pay for it

According to my ticket I was supposed to depart from 15:30 but I began to travel by 20:00 that was very bad

Everything was absolutely beautiful about my trip, especially Intercity Express, it was comfortable, clean and convenient. One thing I didn't like at all were our limited refreshment stations. We can't be traveling almost 5 hours without a 10 minutes break.

The worst experience ever ,the bus got delayed due to a road accident but afterwards the driver stopped for a whole hour at a garage while we were on the bus for 22+ hours already.

My bus left me pleaded for a top up for the next bus and they refused had to buy new bus tickets for me and my son unacceptable. Had to use a different bus for the new tickets I bought.

I had the best drivers and a smooth ride 😁 I am highly satisfied with Big Sky Express they are affordable and luxurious

I didn't enjoy the fact that the drivers ignored passengers numerous requests to put on the aircon it worked the night before but during Day they didn't bother to put it on

The bus was on time and arrived on time, the driving was good and the drivers were friendly and notified us on every stop. I really enjoyed my trip.

Bus arrived 7 hours late, we were supposed to leave at 19:00 but left at 02:00 the next day, worst experience ever

The bus lacked heater it was very cold. Their buses are old and arrival time was delayed

I didn't like the fact that my husband and I almost couldn't travel because for some reason the bus was full. What l liked is that the staff sorted it out amicably

It was good the seats are so comfortable I like that it has toilet inside but the trip took way to long than it was estimated.

My bus got canceled and a day before that I had to make another arrangements to get back to cpt

Nobles is the very worse unorganised bus company in the whole world; there was nothing to enjoy as we bought tickets for a Monday and on the day we were told they don't operate on Mondays, they didn't have an office. We were stranded with children a far and foreign country.

very bad experience with FFGERTSE don't recommend tye bus to anyone, bad customer service, was suppose to arrive in cape town by 10:00 guys what at 12:00 I was still on the road it's 14:00 now and am still on the road😭😭😭😭😭 to add the bus is not even registered😭😭

FFGERTSE didn’t arrive at all, our trip to Cape Town was canceled and we didn’t even get a notification email or phone call stating that it’s postponed to the following day!!! Why aren’t there backup busses or form of communication for such situations? This is not a good look I’m upset , I had to go to an important function at work.

Ilula bus did not come,I ended up buying another ticket for a bus that took 24hrs to Capetown and was over crowded!!!

I did not enjoy at all,First the bus was late by 3 hours,I had a very small bag which was not weighted which had few socks inside and was charged 50 rands for, I was informed that I wasted my money because the busses where no longer allowed at park station and those people who informed me were very rude.I almost paid for another bus. Terrible service ever!!!
