Very disappointed, tried to call and send whatsapp because I was running late,wanted to go and wait for it in Voslorus since I couldn't make it to jhb at 18:45,I arrived there 45 minutes late and the lady who works there by the ticket counter was rude.i even asked is it possible to get a refund for those 4 tickets I have bought,I'm so disappointed

The driver was careful.The people checking tickets were disrespectful at the gate and did not care how passengers felt.When I checked in the wrong sticker was put on my phone and I was sent from pillar to post losing my spot in the queue

I was late for the bus and the online consultant told me that if the bus has already left, there's nothing I can do beside buying another ticket

I love the bus. Is so comfy. Has a place to charge and warm. Also the staff are making our trips worth it..

Courteous and professional personnel. No mechanical issues. The bus departed late, and arrived late.

Firstly we bought intercity express bus tickets but we were put in an eagle liner bus and the second driver was speeding in the rain and we weren't given a toilet break and he made such a bad turn at mzimkhulu we Almont died ,and the second driver was back chatting and rude ,the first driver was the best he gave us toilet breaks and his a good driver

The worst experience ever, the bus was an hour late, with no communication. When it finally arrived we got in only for them to change us to another bus at the garage... we had to carry our luggage to the bus the situation was very chaotic, when we got in most of the seats were already occupied by people who where already on the bus. My 6 year old niece had to sit with a stranger a few sits away from us. I am never using that bus ever again.

We we 2hrs+ late i regards to the arrival time stated and your staff is poor in communication

First of all I didn’t use the bus I booked ,I had booked an evening bus to depart from Johannesburg at 20:00 for a reason arrival time 6:00 am only to get to Johannesburg at 19:00 an hour early to be told that the bus left at 18:00 because it was full like what ? Lucky a secondary bus assisted but what an inconvenience

Firstly the boarding of the bus is not inside park station. Destanation was Matatiele not Kokstard and i was dropped at Kokstard to take a taxi to Matatiele if i wanted to travel with the taxi was going to use one from Johannesburg felt not safe where we boarded the bus.

Very poor service we got a different bus and it left us at a different destination
