Find coaches from Matatiele to Johannesburg

They are arrived on time but my ticket was changed to a different date, I think they should remove date slots if Saturdays don't work than to proceed with payments only to call later for reschedule kinda inconvenience. Offish to stop in random awkward refreshing spot. Other than that my experience was good.

Bigtree is unreliable. The gave us 2 different bus that got stuck before we got anywhere. We had to wait 6 hours for them to organize alternative transport and that was with the help of police and traffic officers. The experience was extremely horrible! I would not recommend this bus to anyone.

I did not enjoy the trip because I had paid an amount for 3 people of which my 2year old daughter had her own chair but when we reached pietermaritzburg the bus took in people of which it became an overload and i had to give my daughter's sit and the driver was supposed to have refunded me half of the amount which I paid for but he didn't and the money he paid me was shot of R90. I was not happy because I was sitting uncomfortable.

Very bad,the bus smelling and arrived very late not even by an hour but 3 to 4 hours late 😭

I enjoyed my traveling with Intercape Mainliner very much. My only request is for Intercape busses to go to Mount Fletcher Eastern Cape as well please 🙏

Friendly driver, felt safe with his driving. The seats were a bit laid back and was uncomfortable for my sister in law who had a baby on her lap.

It was good traveling with Eagle liner, bus very warm in this cold weather. I also liked how workers explain how everything work to avoid confusion to the travelers

There is nothing I enjoyed. 1.There were two drivers and one was not polite. He told us (with hush voice) as soon as we entered the bus that we will only stop at Montrose for food. 2. He was rude to mothers and shouted at them that he did not want them sitting in front with babies. 3. The window I was sitting next to was making a lot of noise and my ears were hurting, I even had to ask a young lady to switch seats with me. 4. When we got to Montrose, we were also shouted at and told that we should only go out to the toilets and not buy food . We were only given 15 minutes for that. The other driver intervened when he saw us coming back early and we told him that his colleague told us that we should not buy food but only go to the toilets. The other driver told us to go buy food but nobody went back because we were scared the driver was going to leave us behind. 5. The rude driver also told us that it’s not nice driving at night and that we should only go for 15 minutes because he also wants to go be with his family.

I love they came with a solution to the issue we had. In future be patient and deliver people to their destination,don't change plans.

The Bus was Cold and We only had 1 stop and the bus dropped us not at the station cause it was from Cape Town so I was not happy with the service .

The bus arrival in Jhb was late. They stopped in places where we could not buy food or with descent toilets.

No mechanical breakdowns. Not all of the charging ports, vents or courtesy lights worked.

The bus arrived 1 and half hours late with no communication whatsoever. The bus that arrived was not APMWC, it was just an average bus with no toilet, aircon, no charing port, seats were not adjustable as well. Upon boarding we were told to put luggage ourselves inside the compartments, even upon along the way those who were getting off would be told to open and remove their luggage. We left Matatiele at 19:30 and arrived at 9:30 am at Johannesburg. On top of that the bus didn't enter the terminal instead we were dropped off outside along the road. This was the most horrible trip I've ever experienced.

The bus was new and no problems alone the way

APM didn't arrive i had to book another bus, Apm is scamming us.
