The Eagle liner from Durban to Jhb, Sunday 30th Nov, It was very much satisfactory. The driver was good as well. However, I was not happy about the Eagle Liner, I used on Friday, 28 Nov as I was going to Dbn. The bus didn't go straight to Dbn it went via Newcastle and there was a passenger who was supposed to take-off at Montrose, and that didn't happen. The experience, I had on Friday was not good at all. Even the driver, was frustrated, the way his route was messed up. It delayed our arrival time.

On 19/03/3025 I didn't like that the bus was late, alternatively we had to take a bus to Park Station to catch our bus to Cape Town . Except that it's confined and has tiny seats and our bags got wet as a result when it rained. Another this was that , the toilet was clean and we maintained it .The drivers were very informative and very helpful. They tried to keep up with the time although some people left for too long and we had to wait for them. Overall i enjoyed my trip and want to thank the team, we made it in peace and we have all our belongings safe with us. I would recommend it to others...🙏

There is no order, the bus drivers are rude. They act like passengers are boarding for free. No regard for people at all.

The bus was smelling urine it was not clean and the bus we got stuck, we had to wait for another bus to come take us so, Eagle liner gave us a bad service my family and I are not happy at all about our journey.

The delay in the morning, using that old "Indian buses" like to buses to New lands West, Phoenix or Chartsworth (Durban) was big turnoff. Good thing is at least the bus driver tried to make it on time
