Many appreciate the smooth rides and kind drivers, but there are common concerns about a lack of promised amenities such as toilets and charging outlets. I was satisfied with the trip. The bus was comfortable and spacious. The only disappointing thing is that there was no charging port where I was seated which meant I had to survive an 8 hour trip saving phone battery.

I enjoyed the ride it was nice and smooth the bus didn’t breakdown or give us any trouble but when I booked I booked the bus with a toilet and Charging outlet but this one didn’t have a toilet and the charging system by my sit was not working most of the but they were not working only a few

I wish there was an option to rate the experience with a Zero. They were two hours late, had to make many call to be told the buss is running late. Upon their arrival they driver refused to board me without checking my embassy papers to travel. Their driver was so arrogant and rude. I had to buy another ticket from Swiss Express for a 5 Star ⭐ travel experience
