The driver was making stops with no communication to explain the reason of the stops. Then after he would fight that people got off.
Secondly I booked a bus with a toilet and got the exact opposite which was very dissapionting and the driver refused to switch of the air conditioning and it was freezing cold in the bus. Bus was also late with more than an hout of departure time

The bus was on time at Durban station, problem started at Pietermaritzburg where we spend more than an hour just because someone had no ticket and it made us delay and we were very late,we didn't make time in Jhb. Otherwise service was good.

Firstly the bus was late at pickup. 2The bus went got did not have zircon and had to be changed. More time wasted.We traveled for 12 hrs for a 5hr trip. It was not a good experience 😕.
