The bus was late, they had driver problems which were not communicated to us, the whole trip got delayed by 2hrs, which made most us arrive at our destinations when it was already dark, and public transport was already unavailable. It was the last time I'll ever use bus services, ever.

Your boarding at Durban station is not organized, we left Durban at 21:35 instead of 21:00. No explanation of why the bus was delayed. My kid got restless because we stood there outside, people were pushing each other it was a chaos
