We traveled from Port Elizabeth at 1:00 PM on an extremely hot bus. Despite several stops for passenger pickups over a period of approximately six hours, we were not allowed to get out for fresh air. We were only given a 15-minute break later that night in Queenstown. We arrived 2hr late in Johannesburg. Bus was for 1:00pm - 7:54am

I arrived safe. The bus got lost in Grahamstown and took some time to get to the main road. The bus drivers were rude and one of the passengers had to tell them off. If they let us out for a pee break they would give us 5 minutes although we would be a queue and complain that we are making trouble. What attracted me to is the service was being able to charge my phone but the charging block only worked for an hour and apparently the drivers turned it off. Really frustrating and annoying
