I was satisfied with the trip. The bus was comfortable and spacious. The only disappointing thing is that there was no charging port where I was seated which meant I had to survive an 8 hour trip saving phone battery.

The charging ports don’t work, the air conditioner doesn’t work, the bus arrived almost an hour late at the station, arrived at destination 3 hours after scheduled time. Other passangers are rowdy.

It was horrible. The bus had no charging stations and no air-con. The seats were uncomfortable. I paid so much to travel that uncomfortable for more than 8 hours long trip. On top of that the bus had so many stops.

Very dissatisfied, I booked a ticket from Idutywa to Johannesburg we waited for an hour without commucation. Then i received a call that i must be in Butterworth in 15 minutes apparently they are not allowed to pick up at Idutywa but they failed to communicate with us we had to spend money and go to Butterworth
