What I loved: the regular updates and info-share. This made the journey transparent
What I didn’t like: there was confusion in seat allocation, i was moved from where I was originally allocated to a seat right at the back. It was very cold because of the air-cons and the freezer close-by.

Good journey, great communication from the drivers. Met expectations regarding time and speed. Only qualm would be the wifi which is limited to 300mb and is not a great connection
Customers express dissatisfaction with the service, specifically mentioning delays and late arrivals. These issues seem to be consistent across multiple reviews. Additionally, one review mentions poor bus maintenance as a possible factor for the negative experience.
Absolutely unacceptable service. The bus left 12 hours late. The passengers had to sleep in the station while they waited for a trailer because there wasn’t enough space for the luggage. There was no branding on the bus which resulted in the bus constantly getting stopped. Today unacceptable
Users have shared positive feedback about the cleanliness and comfort of the buses, as well as friendly staff who provide a warm welcome. However, there are consistent reports of delays in departure times and issues with misinformation regarding bus schedules. Additionally, some users experienced discomfort due to unreliable Wi-Fi connectivity during their journey.

Though the staff was not rough but they have very poor communication many of the passengers walked from south African side the bus was already at the Zimbabwean side. There was no staff to even ask where the bus was this part was so frustrating
