It was terrible. They skipped customs and Zimra at the boarder and the bus was apprehended at Gwanda for over 12 hours for not declaring goods and some of the goods were illegal . Please make the policy of 1 carry on and 1 laguage below 20kg strick.

Comfort and communication was excellent. Delaying with 4 hours is unacceptable. I chose the bus because of its arrival time but delayed with 4 hours

Their service was very bad I wasnt even allowed to reschedule my ticket, so I lost my money just like that and I will have to book a different bus to go to Zimbabwe, I will never ever travel with delta ever again
