The crew at Midrand pick-up point was very helpful with managing our luggage at the check in process. Very well received. The coach was delayed due to heavy traffic and we were kept informed about the situation. Very good customer care.

Very bad service. We had to change buses 3 times in 1 trip and some passengers had to sit on the floor all the way to Zimbabwe because they changed us into a smaller bus than the first one.

overall, it was a good experience. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful, which made the trip enjoyable. The service was efficient, the driving was safe, and everything about the journey itself was perfect. However, I did notice a couple of cockroaches on the bus, which was disappointing. Regular fumigation of the buses would go a long way in improving the experience. Other than that, I loved the trip and appreciated the excellent service.

Every thing was disorganized. The bus delayed and we spent over 15 hours at the border for no apparent reason
