I didnt enjoy the trip because the bus was so cold inside and the driver kept on making numerious long stops even in areas where he was not picking up or dropping off people, in the early hrs of the night he then played music on blast, we couldnt sleep or stay relaxed.

I had a beautiful travel going to jhb and coming back to dbn I used intercape, it was a nice experience, I will definitely use them again.

The bus was on time however it was long drive and arrive late, not on time for arrival

Our driver was a down to earth person with a big heart for the people. Reasons I did not enjoy their services : - My trip was delayed by 2 hours. - There was no air-con. - There was no toilet.

No need to complain about the bus. Everything I enjoyed. The driver was very kind . I don't mind travelling again with Eagle Liner.

The driver drove well and also respected the time, the only issue I had was that there is not much space around the seats

The trip was OK but the passenger that sat next to me removed his shoes and the lower deck of the bus was smelling of feet odor. The air-conditioning was not working making it uncomfortable

The particular bus I was on was quite clean and unlike the others the toilet didn't smell. We arrived earlier than expected.

I did not receive any sticker for my luggage. My seat lever to adjust the seat was broken, the charging ports of half the row was not working , the bus was 30 min late although they did make up for it by arriving earlier I'm durban

The bus was super cold travelling at night no heater and driver was playing music throughout the trip when we wanted to sleep

Bus was on time and so was the arrival time. Seats were a bit small compared to normal and there was no charging point or place to keep drinks or dirt.

The bus doesn't have charging stations, I was sitting at the back the toilet was smelling, the bus had wind coming in and there were people who were drinking and making noise it was horrible

I was adviced that the bus would pick me up at Engen Midrand one stop garage I got there earlier until I reliased that the time has passed when I called I was told it was a different one as they have North and South which was not indicated on the ticket I lost my money.

It was the worse experience ever, the bus was late to pick us up, it was extremely hot as the aircon was not working the seat belt message kept going on, the bus had a bad smell, to top it all of we were 2 hours late on drop off, as the ticket said we would arrive at 5:35am however we arrived far after 7am, I missed a very important appointment. I am extremely dissatisfied. We did not even have a proper bathroom break on an almost 12 hour trip.

The seats were very comfortable and toilet nice and clean however the driver did not keep us informed when he took another route due to an accident, we arrived an hour late for work. Just glad to be home safe.

Happy with the service received. Just bus is a bit cramped for space.
