Bus was not intercape mainline but it was tours oparatted by intercape. There were no charges. Stuff was not communicating

I did not enjoy, the journey was suppose to take 9h but it took 12h. I planned to be in Pretoria at 5pm but I got here 8pm that very bad need to improve

I had a very nice experience with the sky bus Aircons & charging points were working drivers were very friendly Daddy Maseko and the other guy didn't see his name. The bus had no toilets but they were giving us peeing stations, bus was on time we even arrived early than our time.

We irrived safe that's what I enjoyed but the bus was not comfortable seat were not udjustable when we are at park station Jhb they put us into another bus and space was not enough we some had to stand up

The trip was very nice. Our driver was very patient with us, the bus was clean and comfortable.

I was late by 10 minutes but I got the bus before it left. What I didn't like bus was having leakage that resulted in us getting cold air nd bit of rain pouring on us. We had to close the curtains to block the water not accessing us. Please maintain your buses.

The bus left before departure time and there was no replacement nor an alternative way to be on board meaning my money just vanished

Best experience ever! I was skeptical at first after having a terrible experience with Greyhound . I took my change with my second trip and it was the amazing, the bus was warm and the sits were comfortable and easily adjustable. I was very happy from Durban to Pretoria. I also like that they have charging ports 🙂

Great. The bus was on time and we got at our destination way before arrival time.service was really good.

Intercity express was average, we didn't get any refuse plastic bags or such similar facility. However, I was satisfied that I was able to charge my phone during the journey, and there was a toilet on board, although I didn't need to use it. If they can provide a video/televised entertainment service it would help to make this long journey that much more bearable.

The bus was not i expected very disturbing noise coming from the engine and the heating system was so high cooking slow and the lastly the bus engine failed as we approached Johannesburg we had to be transfered to another bus in the cold dark scary morning in the highway

I give Intercity 10/10. Problem was a group of young women occupying rear seats. They're were too loud and we had to wait longer for them at one of stops.

The bus was an hour late and no one informed us. I am grateful to that driver who came to fetch us and took us to durban station to catch a bus and the gentleman man assisted us in showing us where to go so that we can catch a bus.

The seats were comfy and the toilet was not smelly. We also arrived earlier than expected.

I think I travelled on a cold night and sometimes they had to switch the aircon on which wasn't nice but it was understandable. Otherwise the bus was clean and very comfortable
