We are still stuck at Bedford we are waiting for another bus we are stuck here and we stucked for more than 4 hours

Loved the fact that the A/C was cool when we wanted to,and warm when we requested so. When it comes to driving, the one driver was smooth nd the other rought,women complained,but long as we were safe👍

The service was so perfect the drivers they are too professional for their job they did a good job

I'm stuck since yesterday and I have my child is this your service I'm very disappointed ☹️

The ride was ok and all that,what disappointed me was being transferred from jobelastar bus to badela near the end of journey

I didn’t enjoy anything because jobela said must change to Bhadela now we are stuck her in a Bardeen for 5 hours with no helf

It delayed, but the driver had best attitude. Didn't stuck on the road, they communicated for the delay

One thing i like is that they didn't stop every garage...and the thing didn't like heater it's very host

I was good from cape town but things were changed when we were in east london because our trip was suposed to end in idutywa they siad the bus is not going to idutya is going to durben not in idutywa we must wait for another bus

Good drivers

The bus got stucked for an hour I was supposed to be at home at 12:25 but arrived at 15:30 I was happy about the driving

First of all the person who was there checking out the boarding pass ticket said we were not on the list and went as far as saying we can get in the bus. I find it very rude that they saw the ticket and everything and they didn’t even try to accommodate me. I had to ask my husband to step in. Would I book your bus again ? My answer is NO I WOULD NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR BUS EVER AGAIN.

The departure time was great they were on time But the arrival at Dutywa was a disaster they were 4 hours late very disappointed indeed kindly pay attention to these things please

I was no happy with the service all I can say I won't book that Makalala bus in my life bcz of the disappointment

My trip was not finished the drivers left me at ENgcobo and they talked to the taxi that was going to Ngqamakwe and the taxi drop me at Butterworth and it's where I used my money to Idutywa

We waited for the bus 4 hours. even now i am still on my way not even in the destination. What a bad service i regret my desicion to take this. Drives so unprofessional they can't even see when the petrol. we waited for a hour when bus ran out of diseal.

The trip was great and the bus was so comfortable that I even slept I really enjoyed my trip

A bit terrrifying. Bus was probably one of their firsts, and the speed was off the charts

I arrived home safe It's an old bus,uncomfortable seats,lack of communication and poor service

Very pleasant, the journey started off with prayer. The bus drivers were helpful and friendly.

Everything was well but at least tell us when the bus is not available we must take other bus because now thought that the bus left me, only to find out that we are going to take bhadela at Cape Town
