Bus Tickets from Port Elizabeth to Pretoria

The bus had a break down that one I understand but replacing it with budgetliner was the worst imagine traveling with a bus that is cold and we didn't have charging sockets on top of that we arrived at pretoria at 2:30pm instead of 9:00am

The experience was great except that we had a breakdown and we had to wait for more than 2 hours furthermore we were eventually transferred into a budget liner which did not have space. The journey was uncomfortable

Y experience with Intercape Mainliner was super awesome. I enjoyed everything about their services.

At first the bus was supposed to leave Port elizabeth at 6pm but the bus came at around 8pm and I had a doctors appointment at 10am in Pretoria of which the bus arrived at 11:46 in Pretoria now I couldn't attend my appointment and was supposed to attend the meeting at the Irish Embassy and they closes at 12 now all my appointments I did not even managed to get 1now I had to pay for a BNB to sleep which is also an expence that they put me through. Sorry to say this but this bus is totally useless Rubbish bus I won't advise people to book from them.

It was the worst experience of my life and the longest drive ever bus broke down 3 times ill never ride eagle liner again

Toilet was smelling bad and door was loose bus went to there depot and had to be delayed with almost an hour without communication

The trip was amazing. The drivers were very polite and warm. I delayed the bus while still buying at garage late unaware but they didnt shout at me or cuss for being late. The bus had no issues it was clean, we arrived on time . the driving was good. I'm impressed.

All was well besides no charging point was working

Had a 5 hour delay due to bad weather, had to spend the night in a stationary bus, thereafter bus broke down in ventersburg… overall a 7 hour delay in my trip. Was meant to arrive in Pta at 09h20 but it’s 4pm now and I’m still on the bus and not in Pta yet, I spent over 24hours on the bus for a 16hr trip. Overall a terrible experience.

Very bad, I booked intercity for my mom because I know it's comfortable than eagle liner, but instead eagle liner was their bus to Pretoria, the was j explanation that these no intercity only eagle liner nothing. I as well use eagle liner when I travel but as I don't think I will be able to use your busses anymore. So disappointing 😞

The bus arrived safe. No radio played and we couldn't charge phones. Charging docks not working

1. The Bus was cold , Aircon OFF, for many Kms, I had to request the Driver when we stopped to stretch our legs,.. to adjust the heat up. 2. Kindly take control of the Bus Route and Commuter Behaviour, as some Commuters had their phones on too loud, Some are talking too loud in the BUS, disturbing Us that want peace and tranquility.

The fat guy working for Greyhound (who was not in uniform) from the trip from Pe to Pretoria threatened me - demanding me to show my ticked - the behavior was disagreeable and the company needs to deal with him.im not happy - I'm gonna lay a formal complaint

In between to be honest. The bus got stuck in the middle of the night and we were unsure of our safety. But we managed to get home safe and continue our journey so all was well.
