Bus Tickets from Cape Town to Johannesburg

I was late then my mom decided 😭 to rush to Paarl as we arrive to Paarl the bus it was dispatching as my mom flash so that I can go into the bus the driver drove we have to follow the bus to Worcester still the driver didn't stop just because of he didn't have a any passager there whereby he would stop so that I can claim in the bus mother have to driver to Desorense it's where I got the bus that cost My mother R1000 to hire a car there serious.

The trip to Cape Town was longer probably due to longer midway stops. Return journey to Johannesburg was spot departed on time and arrived on time.

Friendly bus drivers, left on time and actually arrived an hour earlier. We had multiple stops and breaks. Overall a good experience.

The drivers were very polite, the bus arrives on time and had safe trip. But the main problem was the bus was very cold, my legs and feet were literally frozen the whole night. That was very uncomfortable, I was not able to sleep.

The bus was neat and clean including the bathroom. The staff was so helpful and friendly.

I did not continue with the journey as the bus broke down , lack of service and i need my refund ! I missed a very important appointment 😕

It was terrible the bus was 5 hours late arrived dirty, stinking rude staff worst more that anything I had ever experience

The worst! The bus is very slow, it took more than 18hrs from CPT to JHB and it was very cold!

The bus had so many delays the Aircon was not working the charging system was not working the bus had cockroaches it was very dirty and smelling as if that's not enough we got to colesburg and they made us to change the bus into another one which was having troubles with the police all the way

The bus was nice and comfortable, warm all the way didn't even need my blanket 🙃 enjoyed the trip so well and we arrived on time

It was great, everything was just so fine and the drivers were so friendly either, I'd best recommend it for someone who never used it before.

The bus was on time, the bus drivers were extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable and safe and they brought me home safely. The bus seats were very very comfortable.

I enjoyed nothing, my trip was cancelled without any prior notice or communication. The following day which was the day my trip was scheduled the bus was an hour 30mins late and it was dirty, stinking , cold it actually smelled like pee. The staff is ridiculous including their office agents.

Firstly bus was late on pick up secondly the journey we started at 16h30 instead of 15h00 we are still in route to Johannesburg at this moment.this is unacceptable really 😑 its sad

Bus reeked of urine and the curtains/sun visors smelled really bad. The was cold air coming from the air conditioner above our heads and the driver was speeding way too much we had to yell and let him know 5+ times. APM doesn’t clean its business and that was very disappointing.

The bus arrived very late , the seats are very very uncomfortable they do not accommodate big girls .

The driver left my wife, I couldn’t get any help i tried to call your office . The number doesn’t work keeps me on waiting. WhatsApp is low. Email is slow and the guy on email telling lies.. worse bus ever i will never book this for anyone or myself

The bus got an accident after traveling for less than 10km. They only send them another bus after 3hours

The was nothing to enjoy bus was late after being n hour late we got stuck from 11pm until 2am that's when they send another bus it drive slowly with to many stops,we arrived at joburg 20:00 pm while arrival time was 14:00

I did not enjoy the fact that the bus did arrive in time at the departure and I arrived late to my departure and I missed my second trip from Johannesburg to mpumalanga

Bus was supposed to leave at 18H30 and turned up at 20H00. 5 hrs later it was over heating. Had to hike from Lansburg to Bloem. Dreadful service

The bus stucked at beufortwest on the 22 december 2023 we waited 4 hours machan came and fix the bus they manage to drive 3km and it stucked on open veld we had no water and we waited on other 5hours before the rescue bus arrive finally it came. So it was poor service from 21 December 2023 and we arrive 23 December 2023

I did not enjoy from the very beginning they changed a bus and waiting time and the arrival time

I was not pleased by the changes of busses imagine having to transfer my luggage as I am having disability and the drivers were soo rude

Very disappointing, as I write I am still travelling to Johannesburg since last night with about four hours delayed and exchanged of bus, no communication between your drivers and passengers

I didn't enjoy my trip to start with the bus does not pick up at the time of your booking I booked for 3 o'clock bus. Bus left at 6-7pm from cape Town.it is not even the bus I booked for,the bus is no name.secondly this bus dropped us on the side of the road to take another bus to Joburg,we waited for hours for another bus.thirdly because I bought a return ticket for 2 people bus was 500 a ticket,I paid 2000 rand for both why I don't know. 4 thly the same thing happened on our way back.booked for 3 bus came at 6 it was very cold on this bus no heater only Aircon,we waited for 3 hrs on the side of the road for a bus to cape.we have to get out of the bus around 3 in the morning in the cold to change for another bus yhuuu.not again shem.who want to be overcharged for a bad service

Worst service ever!! Spent 3 days in the road while the trip was supposed to be 16 hours, slept in that uncomfortable, dirty bus at an impound!! I definitely DO NOT recommend it.

I did not enjoy it the bus was late and even when it arrived it was slow ,cold and uncomfortable so advice for travelers when you want a bus don't even think about FFGertse

It was honestly awful, there were about 4/5 hours late. A woman got punched in the face for enquiring about it!

The fact that it’s communicated that the bus will pick us up at a certain stop, at a certain time. When we arrived at the spot, we were told that there is no busses that picks anyone up. We had to run around to find out where the bus stops, all contact numbers does not work at all… then there is the times communicated, the time communicated on the ticket states 2:15pm, only to find out that the bus would arrive at a total different pick up at 4-5 hours later! What a disappointment.

Worst trip ever, bus was delayed by nearly 2 hours. We were then charged money for our luggage even though our weight did not exceed 20kg p/p. Bus pulled over at some bush along the road and one of the passengers got bit by a snake wanting to relieve herself because the Bus toilet was locked all the way. The aircon wasn't working. One of the passengers got robbed with her bag and money because the driver refused to drop us off at park station. Guys please, under no circumstances take an illulabus!!! The worst ever.

That bus does exist. I wasted my money as the bus did pitch and the contact numbers provided are for someone who used to be employee of Hartley tours 5 years ago. I had to book another bus I lost the money that I booked with
