Bus Tickets from Mthatha to Cape Town

The bus was very late in arrival time for 2 hours. And I was suppose to go to work hence I chose the early bus. I'm never taking Intercape again.

The overall experience was great. I wish they could just ensure that their clientele is ok with the temperature of the AC as it really got cold most of the time

Their service was very good, communication and driving was excellent but we delayed with 2 hours reach destination

Bus was more than an hour late for pickup and then we after a couple of stops we had to change busses because the one we were traveling on was full and there were more passengers to pickup

i enjoyed everything besides the fact that the charging portals were not working

There's literally nothing i enjoyed. Bus late by 2hrs, the was no proper apology. Bus was dirty, smell of urine was all over the bus.

I did enjoy good drivers with. Good personalities ,friendly,nice and caring

The bus was 4 hours late that was bad and we had to pay for bags with no proof of payment

The trip was good. But we had to pay for our luggage although the ticket says it is included.

The busi was on time. But the drivers were not friendly to passengers at all, they did not address few things as they usual do on departure. They need some training

I enjoyed traveling with intercity express even though the bus arrived late,while we were traveling there was no music at the bus it was borring

Bad experience with late coming. A driver from Durban to East London he was busy with his phone the worst part busy chating and driving. Otherwise l like the bus is comfortable except these two things.

Had an awesome trip with Intercity Xpress. Drivers were friendly and professional. The bus was spacious. I wish the seats were softer. Otherwise great experience

The bus was very old, no music, chargers cables were not working, bus struggled with incline roads. The only good thing though was that we got to Cape Town before estimated arrival time

My trip was horrible we used 3 busses just for one trip. We arrived in Western Cape at 4 am they made us wait 4 hours in kraaifontein and philipi while we waiting for taxi to distribute passengers to their destination, I ended up leaving there and risk my life to get a transport to my place the place was very scary and it was not the place I was supposed to be dropped at. Makhalala trans doesn't care about people safety and time.

Driver opens his window the whole trip and their delivery structure is not well structured

I did not enjoy it at all, the bus was late at the pickup point, it stops everywhere, the drivers where very disrespectful, we where supposed to rich our destination at 7:30, but we got here at 12pm

Nothing was enjoyable. The bus crew is disrespectful. I have severe blocked nose to due an unadjusted aircon. The driver was verbally abusive towards me because I needed to go to the bathroom to change my sanitary pad I was heavyflowing.

Still stuck at traffic department in Engcobo, no bus arriving to fetch us from this disabled pounded bus with no wipers, no brakes, no shocks . We were supposed to be in Cape Town now from Umtata , no one is giving an update as to when are we going to travel to Vape town again, I will never ever travel with Delta again? They started with collecting R20/30 each for our small luggages , and the bus had to ne jacked for it to start it struggled to travel from Umtata to enfcono until traffic pounded it last night, we are travelling with elderly people? We are now hungry,

I really enjoyed besides their unadjustable chairs otherwise everything was great.

We were told in Queenstown to go for refreshments for 15 mins but we stay, at the bus for an hour without any explanation of what is happening as a result we arrived in Cape Town at 4am

This is the third time we travel with BADELA and the experience is still A+. I am very happy with their drivers, they obey the road laws, their client services in the bus. I appoint myself as an ambassador 😁😁😁

Bus left on time which is gud but there were unnecessary stops not communicated with clients in the wilderness, sometimes we will be informed when they are done or not at all, but was too hot during the day and too cold at night only bottom but on the deck they were sweating. Service busses in order to circumvent losing your clientele, small things may lead to something serious and that's not what we want, we love using jobela services.

The bus arrived at 16:00 which is 4 hours late and we got into the bus but at 18:00 we were still at the bus station. It was raining we were wet, and our bags were soaked wet also. After 6 we were told that the bus was cancelled and will leave the following morning so all in all the bus never left

There is nothing I enjoy as I still on the way to cape Town Jobela star stark at Graaf Rainett by 21:00 and nothing happened until 04:00 inches morning I will never use this Bus 🚍 again

They’re faster and taking the shortest distance,but what I did not like is that they waited for 2 clients more than 2hours they were late and we had had to be patient ..along the journey they stopped randomly to give some guys a hike that made us get worried because what if they are armed and they rob us?..but I enjoyed the trip because they don’t stop town to town

Bus arrived at destination time, comfortable, the only thing that is missing is the charging ports.

They work well with people but their bathroom didn't have water
