Bus Tickets from Butterworth, ZA to Cape Town

Trip was 👍, problem was based on time that changed, where I come from we only have transport in the morning, so it was bad as I was in Butterworth the whole day on Saturday waiting for 16:20 bus.

I travelled by bus from the Eastern Cape to Bellville, Cape Town, and the entire trip was terrible. I was supposed to arrive today at 07:15, but only arrived at 12:00 due to numerous delays. The bus kept stopping frequently, and at one point we had to wait at a garage for a long time for another bus to pick us up. When that bus finally arrived, it couldn't accommodate all the passengers, so we had to wait even longer. Overall, the experience was horrible.

The bus was suppose to be in Butterworth at 13:40 but it was not there and it came at 14:30 no apology or whatsoever nor text to inform it was gonna be late . Drivers did not even apologize the bus was making too many stops and it was sticking inside a very horrible trip indeed !

I had a really great trip the bus arrived on time and got to my destination on time too there were no excuses throughout the trip

I had good journey the service was okay,the bus departure on time and the seats very comfortable .

It was my first trip I'm really appreciate the treatment frm the employees big up

They moved us to another bus that had broken Windows,there were cockroach all over

🚌 Extremely Disappointed – A 5-Hour Delay with No Explanation I had one of the worst travel experiences with this bus service. My bus was scheduled to leave Butterworth at 4:00 PM, yet it only departed at 9:30 PM — a shocking five and a half hours late. Not once did we receive any communication or updates explaining the delay. Even more frustrating, when I reached out to the customer and ticketing service, they had absolutely no idea what was going on. How does a transport company not know where its own bus is? To make matters worse, the bus was filthy and clearly not maintained with any care for passengers. After such an exhausting wait, stepping onto a dirty bus felt like a final slap in the face. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I will never book with this company again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting their time and money to such incompetence

The APM Bus was over 5 hours late and their excuse was that the bus ran out of fuel on the way to pick us up 🙆‍♂️ ridiculous if you asked me 😡

The bus was late, drivers not professional at all. The bus was over booked people who were suppose to board in PE and after did not have seats they had to left

Very bad experience, the bus was too late. We waited for the bus for 2 hours ay the pickup station

First of all the bus was 2 hours late and the were cockroaches on the bus but the drivers were nice, well not the first Zulu one

I missed a trip because they wrote the time wrong 12h00am instead 00h00am and I was not refunded 😭😭😭😭

Fix the charging cords,air conditioning, heater ,nd the drivers behavior when addressing the passengers

The bus was one hour late,when it arrived the drivers did not explain their late coming and did not appologies.

14:00 Bus to only arrive at 18:00 in Butterworth, poor communication, driver's don't want to take the blame, customer care line is the worst, I wouldn't refer anyone to Eagleliner m still on the road since yesterday and time is now 12:44 not yet in my destination 😒😡 my first and last experience ever,

We had no access to toilet to pee. They were not stopping in garages instead along road side which does not accommodate pregnant ladies and infants for diaper change.

The toilet had a very bad smell and u could tell it wasn’t cleaned from the previous trip. The drivers stopped in almost every town and we were told we’ll be in CT at 02:00 but we got here at 03:30 coz of the nonstop stops, I’m really not impressed this time around

Badela it's a comfortable bus everything was cool except the fact that their plugs to charge a vandalized or something but they were not working

Bus was late & didn't bother to contact me when it arrives, Was very dirty on seats nd curtains, no plastic refuse. No toilet, it's condition was not good

The driver drove very nicely...around midnight it had heat and smoke came out. We had to wait for three hours to get another bus and we got delivered around 10am jn the morning. It's soo unlike Jobela stars

Bus is very comfortable and warm. Loved that the charging pots are on the seats and the drivers are very experienced. Enjoyed my return trip this weekend with M31. The prayer before departure made my experience significant too
