It’s indeed dependable and safe. I truly enjoyed the smooth ride,I couldn’t even feel that it was a long one. We even arrived at the destination in time. Looking forward to my next ride on the 25th and many months to come. I was a bit worried I wouldn’t get enough time with my family in Cape Town on my offs, but with Intercape and it’s splendid service I am certain I’ll leave in time and arrive at my destination in time. Keep up the good work

Signals at a very high pitch, loud and continue for more than 15 seconds at a time. Not expectable for epilepsies! I broad my health conditions under attention of the driver. His answer was fasten your seatbelt. It did not solve the problem.

The entire service and trip was very nice. Bus was clean, time management was perfect until I had to reach my destination. I was going to Pretoria Bus Station and the drivers changed people to another bus and it was not communicated in time. I had to be dropped by Midrand and get stranded with public transport to Pretoria 😨

I enjoyed nothing in delta coaches, they picked us late in Cape Town , 5 hours later and they did not come by them they hired another bus to take us to Pretoria , they said to that the bus must leave us in Vaal they will themselves (delta) will pick us up from there and take us to Pretoria of which they did not do that . We were left in the middle of nowhere and when we try to call them they did not pick up and they ended up blocking our number

There's nothing good to say about this company ,was supposed to leave at 13h00pm bt ur busses came very due to their technical issues meaning they don't have contingency plans incase of such issues for them their solution was to make us wait and on top of that the driver was getting lost along the way..never again
