Bus Tickets from Cape Town to Pretoria

Spacious but the temperature control was very warm and I was 3 hours late to arrive

No plastics to throw your dirt and the bus had two delays without apologizing to us. I came two and a half hours late of my expected time

The bus delayed but it was very comfortable for the journey , unfortunately my sit did not have charging point 😕

I enjoyed the easy checkin and also the buses are always clean and on time. I however prefare the double decker to the new i6

3 hours delay was a turn off otherwise the bus was comfortable and clean i will like to experience more😊

The bus drivers are good but when the bus broke down now I have to make a plan on how to go home .I want to cry ,I honestly can't believe we had 9hours extra from estimated time

Very bad, the bus was leaking cold air and water as it was raining the whole night, i couldnt relax or fall asleep never mind the unconfortable seats which is normal considering price mxm

The trip was OK they came a bit late and the drivers were very rude to the passengers. That was unprofessional of them to do such a thing and I will not use their buses again.

It was quick but the cold air seeping through windows at night really make the trip unsettling. A warm ride goes a long way

Signals at a very high pitch, loud and continue for more than 15 seconds at a time. Not expectable for epilepsies! I broad my health conditions under attention of the driver. His answer was fasten your seatbelt. It did not solve the problem.

The entire service and trip was very nice. Bus was clean, time management was perfect until I had to reach my destination. I was going to Pretoria Bus Station and the drivers changed people to another bus and it was not communicated in time. I had to be dropped by Midrand and get stranded with public transport to Pretoria 😨

They are friendly drivers they communicate to us about the stops and the bus is new. I hope that they will not change what they do.because the bus was on time from cape Town to Pretoria

There's nothing good to say about this company ,was supposed to leave at 13h00pm bt ur busses came very due to their technical issues meaning they don't have contingency plans incase of such issues for them their solution was to make us wait and on top of that the driver was getting lost along the way..never again

I Did not enjoy because charging points were not not working as well as the Aircon further more the bus got stuck for 2 hours it arrived 5 hours late to my destination

Despite the transport the transport on it's own, the only problem was too many stops I think that's what course the arrival to delay, but the bus was good it had working charging ports for phones and it was clean

Very nice and comfy travelled in Intercape buses and its sister company bus big sky both were comfortable

We didnt get enough time to buy breakfast from cape town to Pretoria With only 2 rest my legs are sore

The driver was so nice, bus was very comfortable and all the charging points where working well. We arrived earlier than the time set. I will definitely use the bus again

I enjoyed nothing in delta coaches, they picked us late in Cape Town , 5 hours later and they did not come by them they hired another bus to take us to Pretoria , they said to that the bus must leave us in Vaal they will themselves (delta) will pick us up from there and take us to Pretoria of which they did not do that . We were left in the middle of nowhere and when we try to call them they did not pick up and they ended up blocking our number

Completely horrible. All the issues could have been avoided, stop letting old busses operate on the road I was suffering so much from the cold air coming in the bus due to no AC and the bus broke down and had us waiting on the side of the road for more than 3 hours.

The bus was scheduled to depart at 1800, only to depart at 1900. There are no heaters (A/C) in the bus and I almost froze especially in the early hours of the day. The crew does not engage well with passengers.

The bus never showed up

We couldn't find the bus and had to purchase another ticket.
