The bus was clean and neat, also the driver was friendly with us ,the good driving but the seats are very small im not okay with that

The trip was satisfactory in terms of speed and time management. However, there are two areas that require improvement: The manner in which drivers communicate with passengers should be more respectful and professional. There were cockroaches present in the bus, which raises serious hygiene concerns.
