Very disappointing! We did not stop for 8 hours +, aircon was blasting then heater on, driver disrespectful and inconsiderate. Baby on board coughing and crying and elderly complaining due to aircon being so freezing cold. Toilet started smelling strong due to lack of leg stretch breaks. Really a horrible experience

We are very unhappy with the service. The luggage wasn't tagged and therefore any1 could have jumped off with my belongings. We were also charged R1500 for extra luggage but the price was just from the top of the head because they did not even weight it.

The worst travelling experience ever. Firstly nowhere in the ticket was it specified which side of Big Bird the bus would depart. Waited in the wrong spot, I got to the correct spot 10 minutes before departure time and the bus was gone. We have to rush to catch it at park station, which was a nightmare. When I got there the workers were rude and aggressive. I had to fight with them. The bus was meant to arrive at 8 am in EL , is 12:41 now and I am stuck in Queenstown cause the bus broke down, the one that was sent had a drunk driver with punctured tyres. Still waiting for transport to East London. If you know what is good for you, DO NOT BOOK THIS BUS.
