I had a Lovely trip on your magnificent bus. The problems I experienced was that there were no litter bags to put the dirt in and very soon empty plastic bottles, etc.landed on the floor. Even a small suitcase was placed on the floor so that we cannot get through the passage to the toilet, etc. Nobody advised the passenger to pick it up, since it was inconvenient for the other passengers.

I didn’t enjoy anything because the intercape stuff damaged my luggage. My suitcase was torn apart because they failed to do their jobs which was closing the bus. I left with my suitcase torn apart with my clothes being almost completely destroyed.
