Bus Tickets from Johannesburg to Newcastle, ZA

This has been an extremely unhappy first-time experience, and this I would like advertise for all to see. What was stated as a drop-off location on my confirmation, which I sent to my people where to pick me up was not the physical location of where the bus finally stopped.

I booked eagle liner bus to Newcastle but when I arrived at a station it was Gauteng couch with broken chairs. And the unnecessary stop for our ticket to be checked.

The bus arrived half an hour late than the scheduled time. It came full from the taxi rank in Newcastle and had only 15 seats available while more than double the passengers were waiting outside in shell service station. After further delaying and waiting all were taken in the bus with many carrying luggage bags inside the bus. Many passengers travelled standing. Lots of stop breaks. Ticket checkings multiple times. Arrived at the destination and half hours late. What an inconvenient and unreliable experience.

The air conditioner because it was very hot

Very good even the drivers they drive so good

I enjoyed the whole experience

Sucks this is the second it arrives after moon time... Same as the last weekend of October 2022. This weekend I was giving it a benefit of a doubt and it sucked more than ever

The bus driver was the best for the bus being late that was something beyond his control

Time was not respected at all
