Bad experience I didn’t not enjoy, their service is very poor I book 14:00 Saturday bus which it was going to depart in my destination at 19:00. They have an excuse the bus is full so I will get 18:25 bus,the bus arrive at 19:25 not on time ,it depart to my destination at 1:30 am of early Sunday morning. And my question is if they saw that the bus is full why they allow me to book that specific time bcoz they suppose to say we don’t have 14:00 bus but we will have this specific time bus then it will be my decision if I continue book or what?
