Bus Tickets from Cape Town to Mossel Bay

Was good, but webhad a flat tire and it took about 40mins to fix.this delayed my arrival.the buses are nice,driver pleasant and the trip was smooth.

I enjoyed charging my phone on the bus and that the chairs could recline. I also liked the fact that the driver noticed an issue and acted on it promptly ensuring our safety. It would have been cleaner though

The experience was awesome even the bus drivers were very friendly so I enjoyed my journey

The bus left 2 hours late and arrived in Voorbaai 2h30min late. I was almost robbed twice while waiting for the bus in Cape town

The air vents weren’t working. Neither were the USB charging ports. It was too cold to open the window so we sat in a hot, stuffy bus. The windows even fogged up. Also, there were warning lights flashing on the dashboard and beeping all the way, which were ignored. I think one of them was the brake light. Also, there was no bathroom. I will never use that bus line again

The bus arrived early in Cape Town but on the way to Mossel Bay it was driving so slow. We got to Mossel Bay an hour later than the exact time allocated on the ticket

The bus was late and the staff did indicate but overall it’s comfortable and clean.

The bus was on time. The drivers were friendly and good. The bus was very neat and it was a pleasure to ride on the bus.

Could not complain about anything, clean and neat seats very comfortable. I’d say the only thing was that the heater was on full blast the whole way other than that it was all good.

It was really good. The bus was very comfortable and the trip went smooth and without hiccups. Very nice and I enjoyed it with my grandson. I really liked the aircon in the bus and the little curtains to keep out the sun

I was supposed to get on the bus to mossel bay from Cape town. When I got there at 1.30 they told me that there isn't a bus. The only one going is at 5.30. I wasn't notified via text, call or email. By the time I went back, I waited an hour to board the bus. And ended up getting home past 1 in the morning instead of just past 7 the same day. It was very unprofessional.

Staff at the Bellville branch, shocking, sitting on her phone the whole time not even looking up to see who is at the window. Then I had to say:"excuse me" 3 x times and was given a snotty attitude not conducive to good business

It was my very first time taking a short trip but it made my experience a very bad one and I will never do it again. A bus with cockroaches Nd the windows are dirty and the bus smells I couldn't even breath.

It was comfortable and clean, does not run and is on time.
