The trip with Intercape to Midrand drom PE was horrific. The bus driver drove extremely fast on a wet road. One had to pray very hard. The toilet flooded the lower level making it difficult to walk and there were a number of kids on the bus. I will not recommend Intercape to anyone if this is the level of service they offer.

The person never reached the bus due to riots that almost costed her life but intercape refuse to understand our predicament on why ...

My experience was bad the bus got stucked

I was very disappointed in all the unnecessary stops , there was no toilets on the bus so they had to stop for us that’ I understand but there was also unnecessary stops which cause the delay , my time to arrive was 8:10am and I only arrived at 10:18am and my clothes in my bag was wet everything was wet.

The bus is always late have always issues like over book did never depart the time that we booked for.

They took a lot longer than they said. And the bus driver stopped in joburg and refused to drop us of at our stop in Midrand because he said there were too little of us. We waited 45 minutes for another bus to come to pick us up.

Time management was great but the toilet was very dirty and smelly,, also the overall bus was untidy. Please provide plastic bags for trash

Everything was except for the bad smell in the bus.
