Awful experience, their service is not even one star that I ticked here but it’s just that there was no low score more than one star, otherwise it doesn’t even deserve a single star. Poorest service I’ve ever come across.

I booked for intercity but ended up traveling with eagleliner I didn't even get a communication from the company if I didn't go and ask to the driver the bus would have left me there

The bus was in time, clean, very polite and professional driver and we got to cape time in time. It was beautiful

Bus was delayed by 4 hours.

The bus was on time. Bt your drivers are not so professional! Went to ease my self and when I came out there was no bus, it has left. Had to ask onother bus to help and track the bus as they were going to where I was going. The people inside the bus told the driver that there is someone outside, bt the drivers didn't even border to check if everyone was inside before departing.

Bus broke down between Plett and PE, we had to wait for 2 hours for an incoming Bus so we could be move to it. Bus was scheduled to arrive in Cape Town at 8h15, and it arrived at 12h41 and I missed my exam. I will never take this bus, and i will edge all not too.

The bus was late and at the back the engine was noisy and very very hot

The drivers are very friendly and considerate basically the services were on point.it was a quick smooth ride I'm still shocked that i arrived so quickly but my biggest highlight was how early the bus was, i normally have to wait extra hours but this time i was the one who was almost late and they waited for me.

It was my first time to take it but I enjoy it is very comfatable

The driver did not want to help my son to contact me as he did not have a phone otherwise the bus was comfortable and warm according to my son thanks a lot.
