Passengers appreciate the clean buses and respectful drivers who ensure timely trips. A standout feature is their attentive communication, making travelers feel valued. However, some mention concerns about seat belts not being available during high-speed journeys on certain routes like N1.

The call the I received from the driver impresed me to feel so special and very important. I just did not enjoy not having a seat belt while seated, due to the speed of the bus that no Taxi was able to compete in rasing with us in that N1.

They have a lot of stops in the beginning of the trip. The bus was also not very clean inside. They did arrive on time, which was great.

The driver was very nice, but the shuttle is very uncomfortable shame and not having charging ports, otherwise it was a very nice ride

The trip was nice but I don't like how they charge luggage, i use the same bags when I'm taking intercape they don't charge me nothing.They must a proper scale to weigh clothes.
