The driver was rude and careless on the road The bus didn’t have any toilet , had to stop for restrooms and we were not given enough time. Bad experience with budgetliner.

The bus was an hour late from departure, and we arrived 3 hours late at park station.

Driver was rude not even listening to us when we told him to switch off heater because it was too hot in the bus and when we open windows it affects children and other passengers health wise eg.like catching up flue so please let them know that we must be treated well

The cancelled last minute while I had somethinhg important to do where I was going...I'll never book that bus ever again

Very bad! Delta changed our leaving dates and said we will leave the next Dat but in the following day they changed times without updates and without seat accommodations, if someone wasn't early enough they would gave been left by the busses and there were passengers seating on the floor

The bus was 5hours late then it broke down in mzimkhulu had to wait another 2 hours should have been at home but still on the road and I missed a job interview

Very poor service. Never using the bus again
