Bus Tickets from Queenstown, ZA to Pretoria

The bus was delayed with 2 hours. I've booked for 8 o'clock but we left at 10h30 nd it's not the first time.i was not happy at all

The driver was not friendly, as a first time Intercape Budgetliner I didn’t know that I have to submit the note to them , he just said to me I should go away that was not my bus but it was it just that I didn’t collect the note to the office as I was not aware about it

I am not happy with intercape bus anymore, a bus that was suppose to reach Pretoria and at 09:30 in the morning is not yet arrived since it left Queenstown at 19:30

I waited for almost 3 hours for my bus .the bus suppose to leave by 16:15 and we leave past 19:00

I didn't enjoy my trip. The window that was adjacent to my seat was not airtight. I was was cold the whole time. I tried communicating it with my bus driver but he just looked at me and didn't respond. Worst part is that he had a tape he was using to seal his own window. He didn't seem to care about my window, he only cared about himself...customer service was very poor.

Not treating its client with courtesy they deserve, can't even explain the reason behind late arrival.

The bus left me behind and did not even tried contacting me to check if whether I was still coming or not so I am very much disappointed dealing with your company.

I enjoyed because all the charging platforms were all working and after every stop the driver asks if everyone is back in the bus to avoid leaving anyone behind

I booked intercity XpressMusic but they give me eagle liner instead I paid for comfortable bus but less

The bus was on time. Heater was good. The only problem was driver didn't drive well. I don't know if he was sleepy or what, but it was not a comfortable ride

The service is good,what I didn’t like was that the bus came 30 minutes early and left there before i arrive.then i had to buy another bus ticket

Poor Client service, no check in process , poor communication , the bus was stuck for 3 hours

Bus arrived late at Queenstown ...Dirty Bus, disrespective drivers, Bus broken on the way to Jamestown @23:44 the machenic arrived at 8am.

Bus was suppose to leave from Queenstown at 17:00. Only arrived at 19:38 and left there at 19:55. No communication of delay was received - our employees had to sit and wait there for 2 hours not knowing what is going on.

i didn't enjoy anything those people have poor service and they are rude late comers too
