Bus Tickets from King William’s Town to Cape Town

I didn't enjoy it at all The bus came at 17.30 instead of 16.45.We were told of a missing intercape tablet. We were distracted on our destination and taken to peddle police station to be searched. Delayed for a very long time as the bus was full and everyone was searched.no tablet was foun .no apologies whatso ever One passenger was supposed to have been dropped at jeffreys bay bt wasn't refused to be dropped at the next station saying that it was coland we had tp wait for a bus grpm cape town before resuming with our journey. Was supposed to be in class at nine but could only go at 12 noon

I was uncomfortable the whole trip. The lady infront of me refused to adjust her seat and no one in the bus said anything

I was booking for the 11th of July & I chose the date. I don't understand how it changed to the 3rd of July. When arriving on bus station, they say it was booked for the 3rd not the 11th.

Please stop suggesting this bus line, people are going to lose their jobs, or worse their lives.

APM has good buses but late arrival at pick up points especially in Qonce always arrive late

The bus was 25min late and it was full, the seats were semi comfortable and the were not enough break to go to the bathroom the driver made few stops

I've got no complaints the Stuff was professional and very helpful with everything

Bus was delayed by an hour and we were not informed. However bus seats are very comfortable toilet is clean and not smelly

It was overall a pleasant trip. The drivers were so nice. The bus was clean. I'd highly recommend 👌

This thing of over booked and we have to stay in the garage at night for good hours while it's cold

I wanted a bus, but I didn’t get one. I got a shuttle that was uncomfortable. It would be better if the let us know because some of us has problem with a taxi/sprinter

I didn't enjoy their services at all because when I was on the bus station they told as that their bus is broken and we need to travel with vego mini bus and it also delayed with 3hours

They made people travel with an Iveco instead of a bus as per the booking. Totally no regard for passengers , horrible experience.

I didnt enjoy it at all.firstly the bus was scheduled for 17h00.but it arrived after 20h00 with no explanation what so ever.the toilet was filthy stinking we couldnt breathe of the urine smell that was coming from it.we were told not to use it anyway.i would never travel with that bus ever again...

Very bad onlyreach Cape Town on Wednesday at11:00 left KWT at 21:00 will not recommend any person to EAgle liner again, we assisted by Intercity after waiting for 4 hours at Bus Station Eagler liner didn’t come

The bus on Thursday 18H00 to Cape Town was delayed by more than an hour and force me to abandoned my trip and didn't receive any compensation.

Ticket used time 06hr not 18hr Evening i.e AM and PM time System is the most people Confusion

Bus got a breakdown 20kms after Cardozo from midnight until 8am. We got transferred into a Blunden bus. I got off Worcester to use the bathroom. I wasn’t even three minutes and when I got out the bus had left. Had to take a taxi to Bellville just to make sure I got my belongings. I’m never taking the bus again.

Freezing in the bus, the worst I was with the baby, no heater, noise, the bus was driving nice, besides freezing

Busses are good but they are unpredictable with their times, the bus from king williams town arrived late by the station.

15:30 Bus only the station 18:00 , not branded if it wasn't for the person sitting next to me bus would've left us there

I was no happy because u supposed to came on 16:30 u came past 9 to ten on kingwilliamstown I fill panicking and not safety
