It was the worst trip ever. It was 2 hours late from fetching us. The guys that were loading our bags on the bus were aggressive with them and ended up breaking my suitcase. They were rude and careless with our things, we felt so disrespected that we will never ever use your buses ever again.

My bus was suppose to leave at 7:10. Got a message at 6am to say bus will be late by 1h. Phoned helpdesk and was advisex that the bus will be there around 8:30. We only left at 10:30. That os a whole 3 hours late. So we had to be out in the cold for nothing.
