I enjoyed that it was spacious, what I didn’t enjoy was the air condition that was super cold that it led to me catching flu ,various people were complaining about it but the drivers keep on saying it’s their part of their policy to keep it cold,so even if it is dissatisfying to the customer ,the customer is still not considered?Lastly it arrived late today .

The bus was on time at Durban station, problem started at Pietermaritzburg where we spend more than an hour just because someone had no ticket and it made us delay and we were very late,we didn't make time in Jhb. Otherwise service was good.
