The bus was late arriving and the emergency exit top window broke and we had to wait 2 hours for our to be fixed. The toilet was stinking and the driver was on the phone whilst driving. Overall horrible trip. Left Cape town at 05:50 and arrived in Port Elizabeth at 22:00. Unacceptable.

I was very disappointed with the fact that at my departure time the bus never arrived at the garage in summerset.The ticket only stated summerset instead I had to make calls finding out which garage the bus will depart.I called intercape line and they told me the bus aweready left when I was at garage an hour before departure time.Intercape then told me I have to go to paarl or belville to catch the bus in time with I was not prepared for.I had to then pay extra money for my driver to take me all the way to belville to catch a different intercape bus.In future please be specific in stating wich garages ND places the bus will depart.
