Firstly we waited over 3 hours for the bus to come the bus was suppose to be there 9:10pm from Plettenberg bay to mossel bay the bus only arrived at 00:30 3 hours later no communication what so ever Apmwc is the worst bus service ever will never use them again

Extremely frustrating ecperience -Bus was delayed by4 hours making it impossible for us to get to our next appointment in time and I got NO notification of delay and on contacting the call centre received confusing information first that it will be 2 hours and later on phoning again delay is now 4 Hours!!
