I was so dissappointed with the service of WTA because they were more than 4 hours late, they did not communicate and did not answer there phone. I decided an our before Intercape's arrival to book with you. Your service was excellent, you arrived on time and I had a very pleasant yourney. Thank you!

The toilet was out of service and when we stop its only for 10minutes which is useless.

I am very unhappy. Waited, woman alone from 23h25 until about 02h00am for the bus that was supposed to be there 00h10. I felt so unsafe and had to phone someone to fetched me at the garage. How can this be right?

The bus was very very late

The coach delayed over the communicated time. There were no luggage stickers. The coach was subjected to routine check and substance was discovered resulting in the whole saga taking over 3 hours of our trip. Very bad experience n it robbed me of a wholw day m night of my vacation

The bus was cold. Aircon on whole night. Lights were o throughout the entire trip. I could not rest at all

There was no space. Ladies in front reclined seats all the way back and I had no leg space. If someone had come and sat next to me I would have had to get off. I have wounds on my knees. The bus manager spoke 90% xulu. Didn't know what was being said most of the time. Won't be going this way again
