When our bus was near to leaving, some of us started queueing, unfortunately the wrong side of the tape. Those at the front were allowed to walk round, the ones at the back just moved across, those in the middle weren’t allowed to go under the tape but had to walk back, thereby losing their places. Finally it was left to the driver to have to announce to us that he was nearing the end of his driving time but Greyhound couldn’t get a replacement driver to meet the bus at the next scheduled stop, we had to have another extra stop causing us to be later than ever. We ended up being about 5 hours later than scheduled.
