Greyhound Indianapolis Nashville recent customer reviews
Over all more receptionists needed. The Nashville receptionist was excellent and very tolerable and patience with the riders. Bus drivers yell when boarding buses, but not everybody hears or understands, so there are many questions of him and this delays boarding. More signage and directions would help as well. An individual is needed to basically direct consumers because even the custodians and security guards are being asked questions about which bus they should be taking..

There was no explanation from the staff why our bus was late, they didn’t announce that the bus was going to be late. There was no place to put any details of arrivals or departures. The staff very rarely used the tannoy system or the loudhailer, they just shouted the destinations, sometimes even shouting over each other, almost like a competition. When our bus was near to leaving, some of us started queueing, unfortunately the wrong side of the tape. Those at the front were allowed to walk round, the ones at the back just moved across, those in the middle weren’t allowed to go under the tape but had to walk back, thereby losing their places.
Finally it was left to the driver to have to announce to us that he was nearing the end of his driving time but Greyhound couldn’t get a replacement driver to meet the bus at the next scheduled stop, we had to have another extra stop causing us to be later than ever. We ended up being about 5 hours later than scheduled.

Nice quiet ride. The only issue was the people that actually work at the station are so rude.
