Peter Pan worked as it should. Easy to board with my online ticket. There was no staff member available for us to check in but it turns out we didn’t really need to do anything. I wasn’t sure how I would be notified when the bus was there but a line of people stood up at 717 (for the 720 bus) and I asked them. Ans then we were called over a very fuzzy indiscernible PA system. After that it was smooth sailing. Safe driver. Cozy ride. No baggage fees :)

Being a senior and on fixed income, I appreciate discount given, I was unable to receive that benefit when applying on line, their is no agent at the Baltimore office. Not good!

It’s not the FlixBus pick me. The bus is crazily fluctuating, I felt reallly dizzy in the bus and wanted to omit. There were lots of cigarettes and the air condition is poor. This is the worst experience in bus.

It has been my experience with a particular ticket agent that is very discourteous and extremely rude I had two very unpleasant encounters with her.

I was so disappointed in the way the driver communicated with me. He gave me a hard time and didn’t wanted to honor my ticket. He went as far as to block entry onto the bus. This was so wild and his behavior was unacceptable. The bus arrived late and went he finally allowed me to board the bus. Few passengers took two seats as one seat. Passengers were saying they paid for two seats. When the situation was brought to the driver’s attention he ignored such an awful cry for help. He drove the bus while I stood waiting to be seated. How a driver doesn’t have control of his bus. Why he allowed a single paid passenger occupied two seats. This situation would have clearly gotten out of control. Nobody cares.
