It was the most horrible trip ,we were stuck for more than 2hrs in bellville the Bus was not up to good standards #Technical issues.We had to wait for another bus.we were just sitting there with no full communication from stuff members,no one to apologize for such inconvenience what so ever...it was just horrible service.

There’s nothing that I enjoyed, toilet was dirty. We also got Stucked for 6 hours waiting for another bus from Cape Town. The service was very very poor I’m disappointed.

My daughter arrived Engcobo without a traveling bag full of clothes nd shoes her trip on the 26th June 2025 time 18:15 bt the bus was late I gave them the bag red nd black bag they were busy packing outside heart broken didn't expect what happened loosing bag full of clothes till now didn't get thank you
